the hotel's location was acceptable for getting around.

the room felt stifling even without a heatwave the cooling system seemed ineffective. the cleaner shut the window daily after i opened it to try to cool the room. the lack of proper climate control was frustrating

The room included bathrobes with slippers and also a shoe polishing cloth.. The valet parking was smooth and immediate, so I had a great experience. Staff provided cappuccinos in the bar area before 7 am when I left early. They were very helpful .

The hotel's processing system caused several issues when settling the bill. My credit cards were not accepted when I wanted to pay. It resulted in being billed too much as well.
